Frequently Asked Questions

The weekend is $295/person with a maximum of 4 people charged per family. (If you have 2 parents and 3 kids registering, you will only pay for 4 people). Included in this cost is 8 meals, lodging, and all activities. Children 3 years old and younger are free! All payment is non-refundable.

We will have a nurse onsite. All adults will be required to consent to a background check run via the church. A parent is required to attend the weekend with their children through high school. Cho-Yeh lifeguards will be provided for water activities.

Cabins will be assigned prior to arrival. Cabins may have several families, young adults and seniors mixed in, and will be assigned based on gender. Parents will be placed with their children of the same gender. Seniors and families with new babies may be placed in the Pines Lodge which is separate from the other cabins.

Everyone is responsible for their own transportation to the camp. We will not be renting/providing transportation.

In an effort to cultivate a safe, familial environment throughout the weekend, we will not allow anyone who leaves to return to camp. We ask that all attendees come at the start of camp and stay until the end. There will be no "day passes".

From the camp website: "We always have options available for gluten-free, vegetarian, and lactose-intolerant campers. Our kitchen is nut-free, but our Trading Post does serve pre-packaged snacks that may contain nuts."

We are going to have lots of fun! Here are just a few examples of activities:
Lake Front
Ropes Course
Barn Dance
Jumping Pillow
Disc Golf
9 Square
Gaga Ball
Sand Volleyball
Ping Pong
Sports Field

Throughout the weekend we will spend time studying and worshipping in small groups, large groups, quiet devotional times and Sunday worship.

Everyone is going to get in on the fun! We will ask for volunteers to serve during activities, meals, small groups, etc. We hope this will be a time where the whole church body can serve each other, kids too!
