Why More Room?
For 29 years, God has blessed Christ the King with growing ministry opportunities. But today, our current facilities are limiting our ability to serve our congregation, support our Mission Partners, and reach our city. Now is the time to expand—so that we can continue welcoming more people, raising up the next generation, and extending Christ’s love throughout Houston.

A Sanctuary for Worship
Our sanctuary is nearing capacity on Sunday mornings. A new 1,000-seat sanctuary will make room for our growing church family to worship and welcome others.
Space for Children
Kindergarten through 5th grade classrooms are nearly full. Renovating and expanding our space will allow us to serve children effectively.
Expanding Preschool
Expanding The Preschool will allow us to engage more families and grow in our programming.
A Home for Students
A new building will provide twice the space for gatherings, small groups, and after-school programs, while also supporting outreach to neighborhood students.
Ministry Partner Spaces
Multi-use meeting spaces for our partners will enhance collaboration and allow ministries to better serve the community.
A Place for All to Gather
Transforming the current sanctuary into a flexible gathering space will provide a home for Latino Ministry worship services and create room for weddings, funerals, and other events that serve the whole church and community.
Gymnasium & Outdoor Spaces
A full gym with seating, combined with The Fields, walking path, and campus signage, will create safe, engaging spaces for recreation, community events, and neighbor outreach.
