Wedding Information

Floral plans must be approved by the wedding coordinator with the following guidelines:

  • We ask that the florist be completely finished with decorating and cleaning up at least three hours before the wedding in order to be ready for pictures.

  • They are asked to leave the room “broom clean” following the ceremony. For this reason, break-down should commence within two hours after the conclusion of the ceremony. CTK will not be held responsible for anything that is left behind.

  • No tacks, nails, tape or other material will be used that may damage the property or furnishings. You will be responsible for any damage to the building or its furnishings.

  • Please do not plan to use aisle runners for safety reasons.

  • Candles must be dripless. They must be furnished by and set up through the florist.

  • If your wedding is scheduled during Advent the CTK decorations are to remain intact and not moved or changed.

  • For safety and legal reasons, we do not allow any substance (e.g., rice, birdseed, confetti, potpourri, rose petals, sparklers or bubbles) to be thrown anywhere on CTK property. We also do not allow any foreign substance (e.g., paint) to be added to our premises.
