The World

Global Mission Fellowship

Each month in the ministry year we gather for a time of fellowship and encouragement  focused on God's mission to all the peoples of the earth.   These fellowship times highlight a particular region or topic and will often include an opportunity to hear from one of our supported mission partners.   As we gather to hear how the Lord is at work in other parts of the world, we pray for and with our brothers and sisters, and we are encouraged and strengthened as the Lord call us out into mission.

Mission Strategy

Christ the King has a focused missions strategy. The Mission Team has identified geographic areas that are the deliberate targets of our missionary activities. Christ the King hopes to use church planting and the training of indigenous lay people and pastors to fulfill Christ’s call in the great commission.

In addition to working with Mission to the World, the mission-sending agency of the Presbyterian Church in America, Christ the King partners with other like-minded organizations in bringing the gospel to the nations. Presently we have targeted the following areas and are supporting missionaries in these areas:

  • East Asia
  • Germany
  • Mexico
  • Muslim World
  • Sub-Sahara Africa
