Steps for Becoming a Children's Ministry

Volunteer

1. Fill out the Ministry Application Form including the background check here.

2. Download the Volunteer Information Booklet as well as the packet for the in which you will be serving. READ the information!

3. Download, print, sign and mail or fax in the Servant

Acknowledgement. if you are a new teacher, please also

complete the Teacher Covenant.
