For more than 10 years, we have gathered as a church family in temporary facilities. In those facilities, God has blessed the vision of Christ the King beyond anything we could have anticipated. Now imagine what he might do when we have a place we can call home! Having our own church facility will enable us most responsibly to execute the vision the Lord has entrusted to us. It will significantly enhance every area of ministry and provide us with a physicial and visible platform from which to lift high the cross of Christ and powerfully extend his reign in Houston and beyond!
The Site
The congregation voted overwhelmingly to purchase a tract of land as the future home of Christ the King Presbyterian Church. The 7.6-acre tract of undeveloped land is located on Silber Road immediately north of I-10 and just west of Loop 610 (see map).
Property Update
The Session appointed design committee has been working diligently with our architects, Bullock, Smith & Partners, to produce preliminary
designs for Christ the King's future facility to be located on Silber Road,
just north of I-10.
