Steps for Becoming a Children's Ministry Volunteer

1. Fill out the Ministry Application Form including the background check here.

2. Please contact the Children's Ministry for the Volunteer Information Booklet. It will apply to all ministry areas within Children's Ministry.

3. Download, print, sign and mail or fax in the Servant Acknowledgement. If you are a new teacher, please also complete the Teacher Covenant.
