The purpose of the Comfort & Care Ministry at Christ the King is to actively share the love of Christ with those members who need practical, emotional or spiritual support. Life includes seasons of pain, struggle, and crisis when we need care and comfort from other believers. Hospital VisitsIf you or a member of your family becomes hospitalized, we want to care for you. Please call the church office so that somebody can come and pray for you.
Pre-Marital CounselingWe offer pre-marital counseling services for members. Please contact the church office to schedule an appointment.
BereavementIf a loved one passes away, we want to know and offer you comfort and care when you are grieving. Please call the church office if you need assistance in planning a funeral.
Prayer MinistryIf you would like to share a personal prayer need with the church body or with just the leadership, please click
here. Congregational prayer requests may be distributed through e-connect (our weekly email newletter) or via email to select groups of leadership. You may also call the church office to share birth announcements, death notices, or hospitalization news.
Meals MinistryThis ministry provides meals to church families in need due to a new baby, a hospitalization or a family emergency. volunteers sign-up to deliver a meal (whether homemade, store-bought) to a member in need. If need a meal, click
