Vacation Bible School

Register here!

Yee haw!  Grab ‘yer boots and your hat and join us this summer as we head out on the open range on King’s Ranch. Christ the King Presbyterian Church is hosting Vacation Bible School from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, July 16 - 20. Trail hands will learn about Jesus, our Savior and Lord, as we get a look-see at five of Jesus’ “I Am” statements.

Children will participate in a fast-paced program and move through stations throughout the morning. Each day our trail hands will learn about Jesus as they listen in Campfire Stories and explore the story further in Bunkhouse. They will also explore life on the range in Frontier Fun, and rustle up some grub at the Chuck Wagon.  Finally they will have rip-roarin’ time in Galloping Games.

Who can attend our program?

  • Our program is for children who are entering Kindergarten – 5th grade for the 2018-19 school year.
  • Our four-year-old preschool program is available for children who are, or will be, four-years-old by 9/1/18 and is limited to 40 children, so please make tracks to grab a spot now!
  • If your child is younger than the 4-year-old requirement, your child may still attend the program if a parent volunteers in the program. Preschool children are allowed to attend on the days a parent volunteers.  Volunteers who do not attend our church must register by June 1.

During the week the children will learn Bible verses from Colossians 1:

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16a For by him all things were created, 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18a And he is the head of the body, the church.  19 For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell 20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.

Registration begins on April 2 for Christ the King families.  Register here!

Registration will open to the public on April 16.
