Summer at Christ the King

Join us for a Spectacular Summer at Christ the King Presbyterian Church. We’re planning great summer activities on and away from our church home for children, families, and friends.  We hope these events help your family connect with each other, with other families and to Christ this summer.

Wow Wednesdays

July 26:  Movie Morning (REGISTER HERE)

Moms and kids, join us to watch either Disney’s 1999 animated “Tarzan” (for elementary-aged children) or “Three Little Pigs” and “Chicken Little” from Disney Classic Short Films (for preschool children).  Children will make a movie snack before the movie and enjoy the playground after the movie.  Childcare will be available for infants and toddlers not watching a movie.

August 2:  Painting and Popsicles: Children will enjoy a morning of painting as they create their own “masterpiece” through step-by-step instructions by Christ the King’s own Anna Allison.

August 10:  JC Sports Fun – Two-year-olds though 5th graders will enjoy age-appropriate games by JC Sports to build motor skills, self-confidence, and sports technique while having FUN through interactive games and drills.

Indoor/Outdoor Playground Summer Hours:

Our indoor playground is open to families and their children on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10 am to 3 pm.  It will open on Wednesdays at the conclusion of Wow Wednesday activities.
